Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership style that is oriented towards innovation, reform, future and change. When Atatürk's life is examined, he is regarded as the best example to be given as a transformational leader. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who was a military genius in the period of national struggle, gained the admiration and attention of the whole world as a leader with his decisions and actions and political stances after the establishment of the Republic of Turkey. The reasons for his immortality on the 140th anniversary of his death are evaluated in terms of scientific approaches, causing him to enlighten our present and future. The secrets of the transformational leadership of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who founded the Republic of Turkey, is a work that proceeds in the light of the decisions he has taken with his successful predictions during the times of the national struggle and the difficult conditions of a newly established republic.
