It is known that graphic design has been greatly influenced by technological developments from past to present. Many design creation and production techniques have been developed in the evolution of the mobile printing press in the 1450s until the present digital era. Today, graphic design is mostly done by computer programs. Thanks to graphic design software, graphic design studies can be made in two dimensions and three dimensions. Thanks to digital printers, it is possible to apply and reproduce the designs prepared in digital environment on the preferred materials (canvas, canvas, glossy, etc.) in desired dimensions, colors and sizes. In this way, outdoor advertisements, posters and billboard designs used for communication purposes, including messages or announcements, are rapidly reproduced and used with digital printing. However, posters and similar designs with visual layout applied to the twodimensional surface that are reproduced by digital printing and used do not make sense for the visually impaired. It is thought to be 284 million visually impaired people according to estimates of the World Health Organization and about 220 thousand of this number is located in Turkey. Considering the aforementioned figures, there are visually impaired citizens that cannot be underestimated in our society. Another technology product that continues to develop and spread today is three-dimensional printer devices. Three-dimensional printers allow the production of objects and objects that are not modeled in three dimensions in digital environment by quickly writing them in solid form in desired sizes. It is known that it provides great convenience in the production of objects that were previously difficult or impossible to manufacture. In this study, it is aimed to rearrange the graphic design works designed in the digital environment for the visually impaired and to create different visual presentation forms by producing designs that cannot be made by hand, such as three-dimensional poster designs, typography, figures, kinetic objects, in concrete form, The aim is to examine the use of 3D printers in graphic design through the Turkish National Anthem poster designed for visually impaired individuals
