Human rights have started to develop rapidly since the 20th century and have become an issue related to all people in terms because of its universality characteristic. Knowing the philosophy and historical process of human rights is important of interpreting and understanding the concept correctly. Over time, human rights norms have been formed and become internationalized by being placed on a legal level. This has also contributed greatly to push up the pressure groups who are working in the field of human rights to intervene in violations of human rights in and out of the country. In this study, the issue of human rights was conceptually addressed in the framework of the process of strengthening the legal dimension of human rights pressure groups' interventions for violations and the use of lobbying activities as a pressure group method were given. At this point, it should be stated that the field applications was involved to the article due to limited studies in academic and tried to create a broader perspective on the subject by combining academy and application.
