Teknoloji sayesinde robotlar artık birçok endüstride yaygın olarak kullanılmakta ve gittikçe daha fazla görev yapabilmektedir. Robotların kullanımı, ürün geliştirme ve teslimat hızını arttırabilmesi sebebi ile şirketlerin tedarik zincirlerinin gelişmesini sağlarken, en büyük endişe, insan-robot etkileşiminde güven ve emniyet konularında yatmaktadır. İnsan-robot etkileşimi (Human Robot Interaction – HRI), insanlar ve robotlar arasındaki işbirliğini tasarlamaya, ustalaşmaya ve değerlendirmeye odaklanan yeni bir alandır. Bu alanda geniş ve titiz bir literatür olmasına rağmen, etkili ve iş birliğine dayalı ortamlar yaratmak konusunda bir odak olmaması sebebi ile insan robot işbirliğinde güven beklenenin altında sağlanabilmektedir. Bu makalenin amacı, insan robot işbirliğinde güven dinamiklerini daha derinlemesine anlamak, daha etkili ve iş birliğine dayalı ortamlar yaratabilmenin mümkün olduğunu, Meta analiz ile belirlediği referans olarak aldığı güven modeline eklediği yeni aktör ve faktörler ile ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırma ile ortaya koyulan “Aktörler ve Faktörler ile Ayarlanmış Güven Modeli" kullanılarak farklı ortam koşullarını analiz etmek ve öneriler geliştirmek mümkündür. Hızlı Tüketim Malları (FMCG) sektöründe bir vaka çalışması üzerinden kullanılan yaklaşım ile daha önce olmayan “Deployer/Geliştirici” isimli aktörün güven zincirinde tanımı ve rollerinin belirlenmesi mümkün olması sebebi, farklı ortamlara uyarlanarak birçok endüstride işbirliğini ve teknolojik yeniliği teşvik edeceğine inanılmaktadır.
